Six Flags Great America

I've been going to Great America every year since 1976. I was 2! This park is near and dear to my heart. I've watched rides come and go, and I've grown up with the park. Geoff and I have found pictures of ourselves as kids at Marriott's Great America (its' former name), and if you'd like to see them, click on the links below.... Julie's Pictures from 1978-1979 Geoff's Pictures from 1976 On my first trip of 1998 I finally decided to take pictures of the park I've been going to for so long, so I went out and bought a cheapy disposable camera. Well, the film must have been bad because all of my pictures have this big light brown streak down the middle of them. But! You live and learn, so I bought a nice camera and used it for the remainder of the pictures on my site. I did leave a few shots from the cheapy camera on my site because I really liked those shots, and I apologize in advance...
