Michigan's Adventure

Geoff and I traveled to Michigan's Adventure with our friends Mark and Cindy for it's first annual event, Timbers Fest in June of 2000. We had an awesome time, and we got a chance to ride the best roller coaster in the universe, Shivering Timbers!!!

The park itself isn't the most exciting amusement park in the country, but what it lacks in appearance is made up by customer service. The employees are very friendly and treat their guests better than I've ever seen in a Six Flags park! The management loves coaster enthusiasts, and they really showed it at this event. In return, we really love the park! Honestly, before I arrived at MI Adventure, I was a theme park "junkie"... but I left adoring this park and other traditional parks like it.
